Due to Covid 19, we are unable to have our AGM at Whakarua Park as planned, however the hui will go ahead via ZOOM as scheduled, April 26^th, 1pm.

The agenda is as follows:

1. 1. President’s opening/karakia
   2. Chairperson mihi/address
   3. Apologies
   4. Bereavements
   5. Roll call
   6. Approval of previous minutes
   7. Adoption of CEO/Financial report

A special general meeting will be called when restrictions are lifted to consider remits, and conduct elections (Board, President, Patron and Life members).  Please send any remits and nominations (as per forms circulated on March 17^th).
